AgentMash (agentmash.ai) is operated by Gigahertz Innovations LLP. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to delete it. Short version: we store the items you chose to save on other platforms so you and your AI agents can search them. We never post anything, we never sell your data, and you can delete everything at any time.

What we collect

  • Your account: your email address, used to sign you in.
  • Your saved items: when you run a sync, the AgentMash browser extension reads the items you saved on X (bookmarks), LinkedIn (saved posts), Instagram (saved posts, reels and collections), Reddit (saved posts and comments), YouTube (Watch later and liked videos) and Facebook (saved posts, videos and your lists). For each item we store its text, author name, handle and avatar, link, dates, public engagement counts, and copies of its images (platform image links expire, so we keep our own copy).
  • Sync records: when each sync ran, how many items it imported, and any error, so we can show you sync status.
  • API keys and agent activity: if you connect an AI agent, we store a one-way hash of each key (never the key itself) and a log of the calls your agents make (which tool, the search query, how many results), so you can see what your agents did.
  • Search embeddings: to search by meaning, the text of your saved items may be converted into numeric vectors by an AI embedding provider. The vectors are stored with your items.

What the extension does not do

  • It never posts, likes, follows, messages or changes anything on any platform. It only reads your saved items, when you ask it to sync.
  • It never reads or sends your passwords or cookies to us. Requests to the platforms happen inside your own browser, with your own session.
  • It does not track your browsing. It only runs on x.com, linkedin.com, instagram.com, reddit.com, youtube.com and facebook.com when you start a sync, and on agentmash.ai.

How we use it

Only to provide AgentMash to you: showing your library, search, exports, and answering your own AI agents through the API and MCP server. We do not sell or rent your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage, in the EU, Frankfurt) and the app runs on Vercel. Search embeddings, when enabled, are created through Vercel AI Gateway. These providers process data only on our behalf.

Your choices

  • Export everything at any time from Settings (CSV, JSON or Markdown).
  • Delete a single save, all saves, or your whole account from Settings. Deletion removes the stored images too and cannot be undone.
  • Revoke any API key from Agents & API; agents using it stop working within a minute.

Retention

We keep your data until you delete it or your account. Agent activity logs are kept for up to 30 days.
