These terms cover your use of AgentMash (agentmash.ai, the AgentMash browser extension, API and MCP server), operated by Gigahertz Innovations LLP. By using AgentMash you agree to them.
Your account and content
- You need a valid email address to sign in. Keep access to it and your API keys secure; you are responsible for activity under them.
- The items you import remain yours and their original authors'. You give us permission to store and process them only to run AgentMash for you. Use AgentMash for your own saved items and respect the terms of the platforms you sync from.
Acceptable use
Don't use AgentMash to break the law, to access accounts that aren't yours, to overload or attack the service, or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service
- AgentMash depends on how X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube and Facebook show your saved items in your browser. When a platform changes, syncing may stop until we update it. We aim to fix this quickly but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
- AgentMash is currently free while we build it. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before anything is charged.
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data. Export your library if it matters to you.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we will try to give notice first.
Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update this page and tell you by email or in the app.
